JudgmentLab
Train your judgment · No right answers
How good is your judgment?
Real situations. No obvious answers. See how others think.
Real situations · Difficult choices · No single correct answer
Decide
Try a judgment call—no account needed.
Decide. Predict the crowd. See the reveal. There is no automatically correct answer.
You discover that a highly productive employee has been quietly taking credit for work completed by another member of the team.
What would you do?
Reveal
Decide, then predict the crowd to unlock the reveal.
Path
How judgment emerges
One corridor—not three separate product tiles. Each step prepares the next.
Set context
UK or US English sets everyday wording. Culture & society context prefers locally set dilemmas.
Lean
Read calmly. Choose a stance without racing for a right answer.
See the split
Compare community-style distributions—calibration, not scoring.
Reflect when stuck
Journal the missing context. Patterns accumulate in your log.
Patterns
Make invisible patterns visible before real stakes.
Your leans and stuck reflections form a trail. Free training keeps that trail; Navigator surfaces pattern insights when you're ready.
Trust
Privacy-first by default
Choices and optional reflections sync to your account when you sign in. Export or delete anytime. We don't sell your reflections—and we don't run ads against them.
