Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

What we collect

  • Account identity from Google sign-in (email, display name, photo URL, Firebase UID).
  • Training activity: scenario choices, confidence, predictions, reflections, streaks, and challenge progress.
  • Optional stuck reflections and support messages you submit.
  • Billing metadata via Stripe (customer id, subscription status)—not full card numbers.
  • Product analytics events only when you opt in via cookie consent.
  • Enterprise SSO/SCIM identifiers when your organization enables them.

How we use data

We use your data to operate JudgmentLab: sync training history, compute calibration and judgment profile metrics, enforce plan limits, provide team/org privacy-floored analytics, prevent abuse, and process subscriptions. Reflections are stored for your learning trail—not sold as advertising profiles.

Processors & retention

Core processors may include Firebase Authentication, our Postgres host, Stripe, Vercel (hosting), and optional Sentry for error monitoring. Billing and audit records may be retained as required by law. Account deletion removes training history, memberships, and the Firebase user when possible; some billing/audit rows may remain where legally necessary.

Your controls

Export or delete your account from panel settings. Manage analytics cookies via the consent banner. Organization admins control SSO/SCIM membership. For DSAR or privacy questions, use Contact.

Age information

We ask which age range you are in, not your date of birth. We do not store a date of birth at all. Your range is held separately from your public profile information, is never displayed on your profile, and is never sent to another user’s device.

Your range is used for three things and nothing else: which scenarios your account is offered, which privacy defaults apply, and anonymous group comparisons. We do not sell or share age information, we do not use it for advertising of any kind, and we do not build behavioural profiles from it.

Group comparisons publish only totals. A group is withheld entirely until it holds a minimum number of responses, and a comparison is withheld unless at least two groups clear that minimum, so an individual answer cannot be recovered from a breakdown. You can opt out of being counted in group comparisons in panel settings.

Accounts under 18 get stronger defaults: a private profile, no public listing, no direct messages and no public leaderboards. You can change your range or your privacy settings at any time in panel settings. If you have a question about age or privacy, use Contact.
