Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

Service

JudgmentLab provides judgment-training scenarios, calibration feedback, and related team/enterprise features. Content is for learning and discussion—not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice, and not a psychological assessment.

Eligibility and age

JudgmentLab is designed primarily for adults and older teenagers. It is not an adult-content service, and it is not a children’s product either.

During onboarding you tell us which age range you are in. We ask for a range, not a date of birth. Your range determines which scenarios your account is offered and which privacy defaults apply: accounts under 18 get stronger defaults, including a private profile. Some scenarios cover subject matter we only serve to older accounts.

Your age range must be accurate. If we believe an account has given a range that is not, we may correct the account’s settings or suspend it. Your range is never shown on your profile or to other users.

Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape the service, harass others, reverse engineer except as allowed by law, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or security controls.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the pricing page and Stripe checkout terms. Taxes may apply. Enterprise SSO/SCIM/LMS features may require a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

JudgmentLab software, branding, and curated scenario packs remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your reflections. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
